spotmarket is building an open market for precious metals in India. The service is not yet available. Today, this website provides information about spotmarket and lets you join a waitlist to hear about early access.

You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist.

• Joining the waitlist is free and does not create an account, a purchase or any other commitment.
• A place on the waitlist does not guarantee access to spotmarket, or access by any particular date.
• We decide when and how to offer early access, and the features, availability and pricing of the service.
• You can leave the waitlist at any time using the unsubscribe link in any of our emails.

Please give an email address that belongs to you. We may remove sign-ups that appear false, automated or abusive.

Content on this website, in our emails and on our community channels is for general information only. It is not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell precious metals or any other product, and it is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Prices, products and features described before launch may change.

When using the website, you agree not to:

• Submit sign-ups on behalf of others without their permission, or in bulk or by automated means.
• Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.
• Use the website for any unlawful purpose.

The spotmarket name, logo, website design and content are owned by spotmarket. You may not copy, modify or use them for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

The website links to services we do not control, such as our community forum and social media pages. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you join the waitlist and how we use it.

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, spotmarket is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or the waitlist.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
